Terms of rental:
- Check-in from 5 pm until 22 pm.
- Check-in after 20.00u, supplement of 50 euro (paying at the keyholder)
- Check out until 10am. Possible flexibility of these hours depends on crowds. Opportunities to agree with keyholder. (Costa Cálida 4 You)
Notes - Prices include electricity (15 KwH/day), water and internet. Unless more than 15 KwH/day is consumed, this will be deducted from the deposit at € 0.35 KwH.
- Compulsory final cleaning: €165,00 (From 5 people there is an additional charge of 10 euros per person.)
Payment schedule
- 30% deposit payable at time of booking.
- Remaining amount to be paid 30 days before arrival.
Cancellation guidelines
- 100 % refund for cancellation at least 30 days prior to check-in.
- 50% refund for cancellation at least 14 days prior to check-in.
- No refund for cancellation less than 14 days prior to check-in.
Deposit
- The deposit is €300,00 and will be refunded within 14 days after inspection of the property to the bank account number you provided.
Possibility to rent a car at an additional cost.(Depending on availability)
